Admission process

All applicants are encouraged to apply throughout the school year.  Registration for courses are only open to students who were successfully admitted to the program.
The Admissions Committee cannot act upon your application, however, until all materials are received. Materials received too late to be processed before the effective date of enrollment may result in a late registration charge. Students who have not completed all admission requirements and procedures will be enrolled as special students for one term.
All admissions materials and information submitted on the student’s behalf becomes the property of AIHC School of Biblical Studies and are not returnable. Application materials will be considered valid for a period of one year from the date of acceptance by the Admissions Committee. If a student does not begin classes during the first school year of acceptance, a new application with all materials will need to be submitted.


1. Apply
​​All applicants must complete an application form. They can complete an online application or printable application to be submitted to the Administration office.    Also, a $50.00 non-refundable application fee must be submitted with the application.
2. Submit Forms
​Reference forms are provided by the college that must be completed by two persons who are not relatives and can evaluate your character. In the event that your pastor is your relative, another church leader or official may complete the reference form.

3. Biography/Personal Statement
​Please tell us about yourself highlighting specific strengths and accomplishments relevant to your experience in the ministry. Also, include why you have chosen to attend AIHC School of Biblical Studies and how it will impact your life in the ministry.

4. Official Transcript
All high school and GED transcripts must be directly sent from the student records office of the attended institution. The transcripts must be directly mailed to AIHC School of Biblical Studies, 1519 South Lauderdale St., Memphis, Tennessee 38106. If the issuing institution offers e-transcripts, a digitally encrypted transcript can be sent directly to info@aihcschools.org.

5. Enrollment Agreement 
​​Each application is submitted for evaluation to the Administration Office. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified to complete an enrollment agreement form. All applicants will be issued a student ID number , which is required to complete the form. You have the option to complete the form online or you can download it and submit the form to the administration office. ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. The enrollment agreement is the contract signed between the student and the institution. It specifies the nature and scope of the certificate program, services and obligations of institutions, and the responsibilities and obligations of the student.

6. Final Acceptance and Registration
​Final acceptance is granted once all materials are received.  Registration will be granted to those students who have received an acceptance notice from the school.

Admitted Students

Each applicant must submit a complete application for review to the Administration office for acceptance into AIHC School of Biblical Studies. Once a student has been admitted to AIHC School of Biblical Studies, he or she will receive notification and important dates about student orientation, course registration, and Moodle log-in information. 

Late Enrollment

Late enrollment may be permitted under special circumstances. Students are not permitted to register for credit after the second week of the term calendar. Late enrollees are held responsible for all course work missed.

Special Admission: Audit Student Status

Adults who wish to attend AIHC School of Biblical Studies without earning credit or receiving grades may register as auditors only if the space is available in the class desired and if the instructor approves the registration. Audit fee is charged for each course. Any adult student entering under audit classification who subsequently wishes to take courses must meet all requirements for admission to the college. The fee charged for auditing will then be applied to the tuition cost.  The auditors are under no obligation of regular attendance, preparation, recitation, or examination. They receive no letter grades and no credit. The degree of their participation in class discussion, or field work shall be determined by the instructor of the class.
