AIHC School of Biblical Studies offers an affordable tuition. Students have a financial responsibility to pay all their tuition fees by the payment deadlines. Students are responsible for paying the full tuition during the term of enrollment. Students can opt to pay in installments. They must read, sign, and submit the Installment Payment Plan/Promissory Note form.. Students who do not meet payment obligation will be notified by the administration office. Students may be assessed a $50.00 fee for late payment. We offer three payment options.
Payment Options:
*Pay in Full: Full payment is due before or by the first class meeting of the term enrolled.
*Delayed Full Payment: Initial down payment of $250.00 by the first class meeting AND one lump-sum payment of the remaining balance of $750.00 due 30 days after the initial payment.
*Monthly Payment Plan: Five $200.00 payments ($200.00 payment per each month).

Guaranteed Tuition and Fee Rate
Upon enrollment at AIHC School of Biblical Studies each student signs an Enrollment agreement form. This agreement outlines the total expected costs of the certificate program in which a student is enrolled. The Enrollment Agreement guarantees a student that the tuition and fee rates stipulated will not increase as long as the student remains continuously enrolled as a student and meets or exceeds the requirements for receiving a Certificate of Completion in Biblical Studies.
Failure to Pay
Students who do not meet payment obligations will be notified by the administration office. NO certificate will be granted or issued, and the student will receive an "Incomplete" for the academic year until all financial obligations are met.
Cancellation Refund Policy
At AIHC School of Biblical Studies, we pride ourselves in maintaining and improving student satisfaction. If you are not satisfied or no longer can continue the program, we offer a cancellation refund policy.
Financial Assistance/Sponsorships
Students may be sponsored by a third-party who commits to paying the students' tuition and/or other fees.
- It is the students' responsibility to ensure that the sponsorship form is received in the Administration Office. Forms can be faxed to (901) 207-7570 or submitted online.
