Meet the Chancellor

 Mr. Freddie L. Thomas, Sr.

Mr. Freddie L. Thomas, Sr. serves as President of the Association of Independent of Holiness Churches and Chancellor of AIHC School of Biblical Studies. A Memphis native, Mr. Thomas graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. He continued his education at the University of Memphis. After transferring, he graduated from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Chancellor Thomas spent most of his life in ministry working and serving in several leadership capacities. He received his minister's license in 1973 and his license as an ordained elder in 1975. He served as the Assistant Pastor of Rock of Ages Church of God in Christ for 13 years, and in 1993, he began his pastoral ministry, as founder of Christ Communion Temple Church. His love and drive for ministry compelled him to establish the Association of Independent of Holiness Churches. The Association is an opportunity to gather leaders and their congregants by providing fellowship, leadership, and spiritual support. The Association also works to provide the leaders with an opportunity for continuing education and training. As a result, AIHC School of Biblical Studies was developed. It serves as a major entity of the Association.

A Message from Chancellor Thomas:
