The governing board has been assigned the duty of administering and overseeing the business, legal and education ​affairs of this institution. It ensures that the policies that govern this organization are properly implemented and executed in a consistent manner. The board helps to maintain the educational equity and the academic program of the school. Also, it engages regularly with the major constituencies of this institution to promote a spirit of unity and ​brotherly love.  AIHC-SBS Trustee Board conducts board meetings throughout the year.
